The officers of this Council shall consist of President, Vice President, Executive Secretary and Sergeant-at-Arms, three (3) Trustees and the Executive Board. (The offices of Secretary-Treasurer, Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary are combined and shall be known as Executive Secretary.) All such officers shall be members of a Local Union, District Council, Regional Council, or State Association that is affiliated with the Washington State Building and Construction Trades Council and whose per capita is fully paid.
The President, Vice President, Executive Secretary, Sergeant-at-Arms and three (3) Trustees shall be nominated and elected at the convention and shall serve for four (4) years.
