The Officers of this Council shall consist of President, Vice President, Executive Secretary and Sergeant-at-Arms, (The offices of Secretary-Treasurer, Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary are combined and shall be known as Executive Secretary.) All such officers shall be members of a Local Union, District Council, Regional Council, or State Association that is affiliated with the Washington State Building and Construction Trades Council and whose per capita is fully paid.
The Officers shall be nominated for election prior to or during the Convention pursuant to Article V, Section 2, and elected at the regularly scheduled convention in accordance with Article IV, Section 1 (A) and shall serve for four (4) years.
The Executive Board shall consist of the four (4) elected Officers and three (3) elected Trustees.
The Advisory Board shall consist of the Officers, the Trustees, two (2) representatives from each of the eight (8) geographic regions of the state and one (1) representative from each of the International Unions which has Local Unions affiliated with the Washington State Building and Construction Trades Council.
